I think I am nutz. The reason is I still move all over the country, but not like everyone thinks. I am actually dating a long haul truck driver and we travel all 48 states, well we don't go north of PA. there are people up there that seem to think a 72 foot truck will fit on the road in East Syaracuse NY, not to mention the truck is bigger then some of the states up there. Any way the reason I bring this all up is because you would think that I would hate moving, my sister does. I have seen more of this country then most people and I am amazed at how people get cought in their own world and forget about the simpler things in life. I don't know if it is because I am an ARMY Brat or if it has to do with the fact that all my stuff still fits in my dads old army bag. I mean everything from my cloths to my lap top. I also wanted to say that the state of Iowa is still under water and Saint Louis Is still fighting back but the last I knew the arch was all but above water. I think things have gotten better but don't hold me to it. I am in Washington state right now and we are in the boondocks so I have not heard anything about the weather. My boyfriend was in Joplin last night and he said it is raining a lot there. but he is in Dallas tonight. I am on vacation so he is out there on his own. I hate it because it is the same as when dad was gone as a kid, I never know if he is going to come home safe. No he is not getting shot at but have you seen the way people drive today. they are talking on their phone and eating breakfast and doing their hair all while writing down directions and driving as fast as they can cause the PITA's refuse to leave eariler for work. Have you ever noticed that there are not that many trucks on the road when it is rush hour. that is because we hate driving when all the nutz are trying to get home. Just so that you all know the space that trucks leave infront of them that your car fits into is there for a reason. IT IS NOT EASY TO STOP 80 THOUSAND LBS. there are only 10 drum breakes on a semi and they heat up fast. if you take theat space and have to stop suddenly the truck behind you could end up in your back set. beleave it or not trucks can stop on a dime though, but only if they use your car as a drag line. course there will be nothing left of your car but hay the dime is smashed also. Just kidding we try not to run over cars, it ruins the tires and causes a lot of paper work.  the point of all this is that my man is out there and his and your life depend on your actions as well as his. Please put the phones and other stuff down and pay attention to what you are doing I would like him home in one peace ( yes I ment to spell it that way) Give the trucks more room. your life and theirs depend on it.
