By registering, logging in and using Military Brats Online, you are agreeing to abide by the rules and policies detailed in the Terms of Service below.

By completing your registration, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service.

  • You will not post inappropriate content including text, photography which may be vulgar, obscene, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, offensive, or in violation of any laws.
  • You will not to post text which contains profanity.
  • You will not to post text, images or files which are copyrighted by someone other than yourself.
  • You will not to mis-represent yourself.
  • You will be fully responsible for the all the content you publish.
  • You will not to solicit Military Brats Online's members, this includes personal solicitation, business solicitation including multi-level marketing sales or other types of recruiting.
  • You will not use your profile image and text to advertise or promote a business or organization.
  • You You will receive e-mails from the administrator regarding news, membership and other information about Military Brats Online via e-mail.

    Military Brats Online does not share members' information including e-mail addresses with any outside party and all communication from the administrator with members will be related to Military Brats Online and of interest to Military Brats. Violation of the above Terms of Service will result in suspension and/or termination of your account, and, if warranted, legal action and/or notification to the proper authorities.

    Membership is void where prohibited. The site is intended for users that are thirteen (13) years of age or older. Military Brats Online is concerned about the safety and privacy of all of its users, particularly children, therefore if parents of children wants to allow their children to enjoy the activities on the site, they can create an account where they as the child’s legal guardian will have to verify that they allow for the child to visit the web site.

    Although the administrators of Military Brats Online will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off the website, it is impossible for Military Brats Online to review all content.

    All messages posted to forums, blogs, chat areas, profiles and other areas of the website, express the views of the author, and neither Military Brats Online nor the owner of the website will be held responsible for the content of any message or for any member's actions.

    Members are encouraged to report to the administrator any material which violates the Terms of Service While registration and use of Military Brats Online is free, Military Brats Online reserves the right to implement membership fees in the future.

    Military Brats Online may edit or delete content which is deemed inappropriate for the website. Military Brats Online may utilize the website content without compensation to authors.

    Military Brats Online or its website owner cannot be responsible for server failures or other issues which may limit or prevent a member access by members to the website content.

    Military Brats Online reserves the right to change the Terms of Service with no advance warning.
